Short, direct answers on the ACES code, Moon's three fees, leverage, and what Moon requires before a deposit. Each answer links back to the full page for more detail. Every figure comes from Moon's own help centre or affiliate page, checked 10 September 2026.
- Is ACES a valid Moon.com referral code?
- Yes. ACES is a partner code in Moon's affiliate programme. The link moon.com/?c=ACES carries the code into registration, checked on 10 September 2026.
- Does Moon show the 20% discount on its website?
- No. Moon's public pages show only the standard 1% opening fee. The discount is a partner rate set in the affiliate programme. Read the fee on your own wager summary to see it.
- Can I add the code to an existing account?
- No. The code travels only in the registration link. Register through the link so the campaign attaches to the new account. Moon's help centre gives no way to add a code afterwards.
- Is there a Moon.com welcome bonus?
- No. Moon's help centre and affiliate page document a fee discount by partner code, rakeback, and a VIP programme. Neither publishes a welcome bonus or a deposit match.
- What is Moon rakeback, and how do I get it?
- Rakeback returns 3.5% of the fees you pay, on winning and losing bets alike, once it is active on your account. Moon's help centre states it is normally activated automatically for an account from a known affiliate. Otherwise, ask support, or reach the Bronze VIP level. Once active, it appears under Account, then VIP, then Rakeback.
- What fees does Moon charge, and what is the holding fee rate?
- Moon charges a 1% opening fee on the wager, a holding fee every 8 hours a bet stays open, and a performance fee of at least 10% of realised profit on a winning bet. Moon states the holding fee rate is dynamic and does not publish a fixed number, so this page does not state one either.
- How does leverage work on Moon.com?
- Moon offers leverage of up to 1000x. Your position size is your wager multiplied by the leverage. Moon works out a max loss price when the bet opens, and the bet closes automatically if the price reaches it.
- Can I lose more than my wager?
- No. Moon caps your loss at your wager, and closes the bet automatically at the max loss price. Your account balance cannot go below zero because of a bet. This is leveraged betting for people 18 and over, in countries where Moon is supported.
- Do I need KYC on Moon.com?
- Yes. Identity verification must be submitted before a deposit and approved before a withdrawal. Moon may ask for a government-issued ID, front and back, and proof of address.
- Does Moon take card deposits?
- No. Moon states that at this time it supports cryptocurrency deposits only. Pick the asset, copy the deposit address, and send from a wallet on the matching network.
- Does Moon have an app, or a way to practise first?
- Moon does not currently offer a native mobile app. It runs in a mobile browser and can be added to the home screen. Moon's play money mode gives a simulated balance that refills to $100,000, with the same features as the live platform.
- What can I bet on at Moon.com?
- Cryptocurrency, equities, futures, commodities and forex, around the clock, with leverage of up to 1000x on eligible markets.
