What must be checked before a withdrawal?
Identity verification must be submitted before you can make a deposit, and approved before you can withdraw funds. The KYC and deposits guide explains the documented identity requirements.

How long do Moon.com withdrawals take?
We cannot give a verified standard processing time. A useful timing record would distinguish submission, approval and the receiving wallet’s confirmation.

What fees or limits apply?
The withdrawal terms in section 6 allow account limits and network charges. Read the current request screen before relying on a quoted amount.
Our betting fee guide covers opening and performance charges. Those figures do not establish a withdrawal charge.
Why is a withdrawal pending or declined?
Record the status and any message shown in the account. Keep the request time and transaction reference, if one exists. Share these through the operator’s official support channel.
Ask whether verification, a review or a network confirmation is outstanding. The terms describe a review process for delayed or declined requests.

Can ACES change withdrawal conditions?
We have no confirmed ACES-specific withdrawal terms. A referral code does not establish verification approval, a processing time or a fee exemption. Check the bonus and promotion guide for reward conditions.
