Activation and a balance are different things
Moon describes approved affiliate signups as a route that normally activates rakeback, with support assistance if it does not. It also describes activation at Bronze VIP. These general routes do not verify ACES.
Once activated, the published account path is Account → VIP → Rakeback. A missing balance alone does not establish whether a referral was attributed. Ask Moon support to confirm activation and the relevant conditions.
We have not independently tested ACES on an eligible account. We therefore do not promise that opening our link activates rakeback.
Which fees are included?
Moon’s current rakeback article names opening fees and fees on profitable closed bets. We have not confirmed whether holding fees currently qualify.
Use the qualifying amount stated for your account. Wagers, total turnover, profit and losses are different measures. They should not be entered as if they were fees.

- If unclear, ask official support which conditions apply.
Do not deposit or place a bet solely to diagnose a referral code. Do not increase play to reach a VIP threshold for a rebate.
Does an ACES discount combine with rakeback?
We have not confirmed a separate ACES discount or any stacking terms. There is no discounted opening rate assumed in these examples. See our notes on ACES.
