Check eligibility before registration
Moon’s terms restrict access by residence, citizenship and location. Read section 3.2 and applicable local rules; absence from the named list does not establish eligibility.

The terms, section 3.2, publish geographic restrictions. Our earlier statement that no country list was published was too broad. The named list is not the whole eligibility test.
What identity verification involves
Moon requires you to verify your email address after registration, using a code from its verification email. Identity verification must be submitted before you can make a deposit, and approved before you can withdraw funds.
Identity verification may require a valid government-issued ID, front and back, and proof of address. Verification times vary with demand and document quality.
Submit documents only through the operator’s official verification process. This website does not verify identity or receive documents. Do not email them to a referral publisher.
Deposit details are account-specific
Moon states that at this time it supports cryptocurrency deposits only: pick the asset, copy the deposit address, and send from an external wallet on the matching network.
Confirm the asset, network, address and any limits in the actual account interface. We have not tested a deposit or confirmed an exhaustive list of supported assets. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible; an example in a guide is not a payment instruction.
Withdrawals and pending requests
Moon’s terms describe verification and withdrawal review. We have not tested withdrawals and do not claim a typical completion time. Additional checks can apply under the terms.
For a pending request, ask official support for its status and the required next step. If unresolved, consult the complaints process in the terms. An affiliate publisher cannot accelerate or approve a withdrawal.
Keep code questions separate
A question about referral eligibility does not require a deposit. We have not confirmed a discount for ACES or a way to change existing attribution. See the code troubleshooting guide.
